Our Collection
At Botanica Obscura, we source objects that carry the patina of time. Many of our vessels are antique, vintage, or hand-chiseled from natural stone and terracotta; as such, surface variations, weathered textures, and minor imperfections are a celebrated part of their history and are not considered flaws.
Returns Policy
We take great care in curating and delivering our collection and hope that you love your selection. Please choose mindfully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
For smaller décor pieces and vessels, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, saleable condition with proof of purchase. Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund for any item found to have a major fault or that deviates significantly from its description.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us at admin@botanicaobscura.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. We require a brief description and photographs of the damage to arrange a resolution. Outside of this window, we are unable to accept liability for damage occurred once the item has been received.
Living Plants
Due to their perishable nature, all plant sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. We ensure every specimen is in peak health upon delivery; however, once a plant enters its new environment, its ongoing care is the responsibility of the owner.
