Delivery & Transit 
Given the scale and delicate nature of our architectural plants and vintage vessels, we partner with a specialised network of professional couriers to ensure every piece is delivered and placed in your home safely. We currently provide complimentary local delivery and plant installation within a 20km radius of the Sydney CBD.

Please note that our standard complimentary delivery and installation service covers ground-floor installations only. We are unable to facilitate deliveries and installation involving steep inclines, narrow winding paths, or multiple flights of stairs due to the substantial weight and fragility of our specimens and vessels.

If you are unsure whether your space is accessible, please reach out to us before placing your order. We’re happy to discuss custom delivery solutions to ensure your piece is installed safely.

A Final Note 
To ensure a seamless process for any rare instances of return or exchange, we ask that you please retain your original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Due to their perishable nature, all plant sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
