Bigfoot Plant + Vintage Mid-Century Moulded Concrete Planter

A Bigfoot Plant grown for its knobbly, swollen caudex, which sits above the soil like a weathered stone.

It comes from southern Africa, where the caudex stores water through dry seasons and sends out fine climbing stems when conditions are right.

It is planted in a vintage mid-century moulded concrete planter, a one-off vessel with a grooved profile. Strange and characterful, it suits a shelf, plinth or sideboard in bright light.
